The Hatching of The Early Bird
Inspired by the vibrant Australian brunch culture, The Early Bird was hatched in 2019 by us, the Stander Family, with the vision to create a hub where people of all ages can enjoy something we all love… brunch. After all, great food brings people together.
We didn’t stop there. With a small on-site Artisan bakery, we were passionate about producing ‘real bread’ to enhance our meals & for our customers to take home.
